These terms apply to all users, including store owners, administrators, and any individual accessing the platform through a connected Shopify store.
Description of the Service
StoreToApp provides tools that allow Shopify store owners to create, manage, and operate mobile applications for their online stores. Features may include push notifications, app customization, branding controls, analytics, and related functionality. The Service is provided as a software platform and does not guarantee specific business results, performance improvements, or revenue outcomes.
Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You must have the authority to manage the Shopify store connected to StoreToApp. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access and for all activities that occur through your account. StoreToApp is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
Data Usage and Store Information
By using the Service, you grant StoreToApp permission to access store data required to deliver app functionality, including product information, customer-facing content, and order-related metadata where applicable. StoreToApp does not claim ownership of your store data. Data is used solely to provide and improve the Service and is handled according to applicable data protection standards.
Push Notifications and Customer Communication
If you use push notifications or similar communication tools, you are solely responsible for the content, timing, and compliance of those messages. This includes compliance with applicable laws related to user consent, marketing communication, and data protection. StoreToApp does not control or approve notification content and is not liable for misuse of these features.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, abusive, misleading, or harmful activities. This includes attempting to disrupt the platform, reverse-engineering the software, misrepresenting your app to end users, or using the Service in a way that violates Shopify’s policies or applicable laws.
Intellectual Property
All platform software, design elements, interfaces, and system logic provided by StoreToApp remain the intellectual property of StoreToApp. You retain ownership of your brand assets, content, and store materials. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute any part of the Service without explicit written permission.
Service Availability and Modifications
StoreToApp may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time to improve functionality, maintain security, or comply with platform requirements. While reasonable efforts are made to ensure availability, uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
Limitation of Liability
StoreToApp is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoreToApp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including loss of data, loss of customers, or business interruption.
Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with Shopify and may rely on third-party services such as notification delivery providers or analytics tools. StoreToApp is not responsible for outages, changes, or failures caused by third-party platforms.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify store. StoreToApp reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if the Service is used in violation of these terms or applicable platform policies.

Governing Law
