Sanskruti Homes is a modern Indian fashion label rooted in over 10 years of textile expertise through its parent company, Sanskruti Exports. Officially launched in 2020, the brand was envisioned to bring homegrown comfort into everyday wardrobes — with thoughtfully made ethnic and Indo-western wear that blends tradition with wearability. As their online store started gaining momentum, the need for a mobile-first shopping experience became essential — one that mirrored the intimacy of their product designs.
The primary goal was to offer a seamless and emotionally resonant shopping experience — one that feels less transactional and more personal. Sanskruti Homes wanted their app to reflect the warmth of their clothing, the simplicity of their values, and the convenience today’s shoppers expect — while maintaining their distinct design philosophy.
While Sanskruti Homes had built a decent online presence, most mobile traffic was failing to convert. The website felt functional but impersonal — lacking storytelling, intuitive navigation, and visual engagement. Products like sarees and kurtis often require detailed fabric exploration, but zooming and scrolling on mobile wasn’t cutting it. Additionally, the brand struggled to showcase their new drops or curated collections in real time, often missing out on potential impulse purchases and return buyers.
We designed and developed a custom mobile app that didn’t just recreate the web store — it elevated it. Built on Flutter with real-time Shopify sync, the app enabled immersive browsing with high-res product images, zoom gestures, and an editorial-style layout. We also integrated shoppable lookbooks, quick-buy features, and a personalized homepage that highlights trending pieces and seasonal picks.
To further enhance retention, we added in-app offer zones, loyalty rewards, and restock reminders — all managed from a single intuitive backend. A notification system powered by AI helped deliver timely nudges for sale alerts, cart abandonment, and new arrivals.
