Subscription Cancellation

- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be applied.
- Once canceled, mobile app will stop function and you will lose access to admin portal as well after the billing cycle ends.
Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day refund policy for new subscribers under the following conditions:
- Refunds are applicable only for the first-time subscription and not for renewals.
- To request a refund, you must contact our support team within 7 days of your initial payment.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Monthly subscription renewals are non-refundable.
- Refunds are not provided for partial usage or mid-cycle cancellations.
- No refunds are issued for accounts terminated due to policy violations.
